ภาพยนตร์อินดี้แนว Pink Film อันเข้มข้นไปด้วยเซ็กส์แบบซาดิสท์แอนมาโซคิสท์ในโลกอันโสมมและเจ็บปวดทรมาน เรื่องราวเกิดขึ้นในเช้าวันที่แสงแดดร้อนระอุ ณ เขตก่อสร้างเมืองใหม่แห่งหนึ่ง เมื่อคนกลุ่มหนึ่งในนามแก๊งมาเฟียเชอรี่ ซึ่งมีหัวหน้าแก๊งเป็นผู้หญิงที่มีอาการทางจิตชนิดไบโพล่า เธอคือ Cherry (สายน้ำ กิติกัมรา) ผู้มีหน้าที่ดูแลแก๊งมาเฟียเกย์โฉดแห่งโลกใต้ดินในตึกร้างอันโด่งดัง เรื่องเล่าผ่านมุมมองอันแสนเจ็บปวดของเกย์หนุ่มขายตัว ผู้เสพติดเซ็กส์แนวซาดิสท์แอนมาโซคิสท์ เขามีชื่อว่า Mac แต่มีสมญานามเป็นที่รู้จักกันดีในนาม PlayBoy (สตีเว่น อิสรพงศ์ ฟูเรอร์)
แต่แล้วความปกติสุขของแก๊งมาเฟียเชอรี่ก็จบลงในช่วงบ่ายวันนั้นเอง เมื่อผู้ช่วยจอมโฉดประจำแก๊งเชอรี่ เขาคือ James (อรรถพันธ์ พูลสวัสดิ์) เจมส์เป็นลูกสมุนคนสนิทของเชอรี่ เขาขโมยยาเสพติดล็อตสำคัญไปจากนายใหญ่ Big Boss (ผู้ไม่เปิดเผยตัวตน) หัวหน้าใหญ่แห่งองค์กรมาเฟียที่มีอำนาจเหนือแก๊งเชอรี่ แล้วยังมีอิทธิพลควบคุมการทำงานอยู่เบื้องหลังแก๊งเชอรี่ เรื่องราวที่เกิดขึ้นจึงเดือดร้อนถึงตัวเชอรี่ ซึ่งเธอต้องตามไปจัดการเรื่องนี้ด้วยตัวเธอเอง!
